Let’s learn some new upper body combatives—starting with the Hammer Fist!

The Hammer Fist is another great Primary Strike as it uses the hard surface area of the side of your fist and can be executed on a number of angles to hit a variety of targets.

Whether you are a beginner or more advanced practitioner, this is a very instinctive movement and one of the safer surface areas to use on your body.
